1. Educational information only
The Site, including exposure scores, career plans, guides and tool listings, provides general information for educational purposes. It is not professional career, legal, financial, medical or employment advice, and it does not predict what will happen to any individual's job. You are responsible for your own decisions.
2. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, submit spam or false information, or use forms to send unlawful, abusive or infringing content.
3. Your submissions
When you submit a story, contest entry, suggestion or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant AI Hope a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate and promote the Site, with credit where appropriate. Contest entries are governed by the official rules.
4. Donations and pledges
Support given through the Hope Fund is a voluntary contribution to an independent publication. It is not a purchase of goods or services and is not tax-deductible. Contributions are non-refundable except in cases of error or unauthorized payment; contact us promptly if that happens. Monthly support can be cancelled at any time.
5. Third-party content and links
The Site links to and embeds third-party websites, courses, tools and videos. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Listing a tool or course is not an endorsement, and product names belong to their owners.
6. Intellectual property
Original text, data, design and code on the Site are owned by AiHope.com unless otherwise stated. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page. Please do not republish substantial portions without permission. See our Disclaimer & Trademark notice.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Hope will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
