AI Job Exposure Checker

How much of your work can AI already do? Pick your job, or score your own week hour by hour. You will see your exposure score, what to hand to AI and where your durable value is.

Each job is broken into its five main tasks with a typical share of working time. Don't see your role? Switch to Score my own week.

How to read your result

Your exposure score (0–100) is the share of your working time spent on tasks that current AI tools can perform or noticeably speed up, weighted by how capable AI is at each task. A score of 60 does not mean a 60% chance of losing your job. It means that a large part of your week could be done differently, and faster, with AI.

  • Under 25, low exposure: AI is a helpful sidekick. Your work is mostly physical, relational or judgment-based.
  • 25–44, moderate: AI will reshape parts of your week. Learning the tools gives you a clear edge.
  • 45–59, high: Many tasks can be done or accelerated by AI. Adapting now matters.
  • 60 and above, very high: Most routine tasks are within AI's reach. Reshape your role around the human parts, or plan a move.

Automation vs. augmentation

The International Labour Organization's 2025 research found that most jobs are more likely to be transformed by generative AI than fully automated, because people still need to direct and check the work. We split your exposure the same way: automation is work AI can increasingly do on its own with light review, and augmentation is work where AI makes you faster but you still own the result.

What to do with your score

  1. Hand over the most exposed tasks yourself. Use AI for them now, and measure the time you save. People who automate their own routine work are seen as part of the solution.
  2. Invest in your durable edge. Relationships, judgment, hands-on skill and domain expertise become more valuable as routine work gets cheaper.
  3. Get a plan. The free AI career plan turns your result into skills, courses and a 90-day roadmap.

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is the AI job exposure score?

It is a structured estimate, not a measurement of your specific workplace. Two people with the same title can spend their weeks very differently, which is why the custom mode lets you enter your own hours. Use it to compare tasks and decide where to focus, not as a prediction.

Why is my job's score different from other websites?

Sites use different data and definitions. Some estimate automation probability for a whole occupation; we score the share of working time exposed to current AI, task by task, and separate automation from augmentation. Different questions give different numbers.

Will the scores change?

Yes. AI capabilities move quickly, so we review task ratings regularly and date every update. Physical and relationship-based work changes more slowly than writing, analysis and admin.
