Open roles
Most roles start as freelance or volunteer and grow into paid positions as the Hope Fund grows. All roles are remote.
Contributing writer, AI & careers
Write practical, well-sourced guides on AI at work. Experience in HR, careers or tech journalism is a plus.
Career mentor
Give one hour a month to coach someone changing careers. Recruiters, coaches and hiring managers welcome.
Expert reviewer
Review occupation reports in your field: health, law, finance, education, trades or engineering. Named credit on every page you review.
Front-end developer
Improve our interactive tools in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Accessibility and performance matter here.
Video creator
Produce short explainers for our YouTube channel: AI tools, career stories and how-tos.
Community & social lead
Grow our newsletter and social channels, run the AI Hope Challenge community and spotlight reader stories.
